QR ordering for restaurants
Scan the table. Order from the phone. One tap to the kitchen.
Guests scan the QR code on the table and order from your menu, with no app to install and no sign-up. The order reaches the waiter at once; the waiter confirms it with the kitchen in one tap, and the guest follows it live.

One system instead of four
A restaurant doesn’t need one more online menu. eatscans replaces the things your floor juggles today.
The table buzzer
Guests call the waiter or ask for the bill with one tap, with a reason: water, cutlery, help or the bill.
The QR menu website
Your menu lives in eatscans, with photos, options and allergens, and a sold-out dish shows as sold out at once.
The waiter’s notepad
Guests build the order themselves. The waiter only checks it and confirms it.
- Coming next
The walk to the card terminal
Paying from the phone, with the fiscal receipt issued automatically.
How it works
It works the way restaurants already work: the waiter stays in control, and nobody in the kitchen has to tap a screen.
- 1
Scan
The guest scans the QR code on the table with the phone camera. Your menu opens for that table, in the browser or in the app.
- 2
Order
They choose dishes, sizes and extras, add a note and place the order. Prices always come from your menu.
- 3
Confirm
The order arrives on the waiter’s phone. The waiter checks it with the kitchen, and one tap sets it to Preparing.
- 4
Follow
The guest sees Received, Preparing and Served live, and one tap on Served closes the order.
A dish not available?
The waiter sends the rest of the order now, or holds it and talks to the guest first, then swaps or removes the dish on the phone. The guest sees the change and the new total.

Questions
Do guests have to install an app?
No. The QR code opens your menu in the phone’s browser, and guests can order straight away. Regulars can add it to their home screen or use the app.
Do we need a screen in the kitchen?
No. By default the waiter confirms the order with the kitchen and taps Preparing, as they work today. A kitchen display is an option for kitchens that want one.
What if a dish runs out?
Mark it sold out in one tap and guests see it as sold out. If it was already ordered, the waiter swaps or removes it and the guest sees the new total.
Can someone order from a photo of the QR code?
No. The code holds only a random token, and a guest session ends four hours after the last activity or when staff close the table.
Which languages are supported?
English and Macedonian for guests and staff from day one.
What do we need to start?
Your menu and photos, a phone for each waiter (iPhone or Android) and a printer for the table cards.
